The autumn and early winter holiday season can be stressful for many of us. Often we find ourselves struggling with relationships, with expectations, and with a striving toward perfectionism. By acknowledging our struggles, listening closely to our inner truths, and making choices from a place of grounding, we can shift our paths to more joyful ones. Join Deb for this heart- and hip-opening yoga ceremony and intensive. We’ll call in the four directions, do a little group chanting to align ourselves with each other, and then travel deeply into hip and heart openers, strengthening and centering our connections to self, and end with meditative relaxation to enable us to walk off the mat grounded and ready for the energy of the upcoming holiday season.
Variations will be provided for both beginners and those having an advanced day. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water.
