Many of us live our lives in disorder—pushing, hurrying, feeling desperate, then needing to stop completely because we’ve used up all our resources in the effort. Finding balance—on and off the mat—requires focus not only on the physical aspects of your being, but on your emotional, mental, and energetic aspects as well. In this 90-minute Forrest Yoga class we will explore gravity, levity, equanimity, and the centering that is essential and supportive of all balancing acts. This is an all-levels practice.
