See things from a different perspective. In this moderately heated practice, you’ll brighten your spirit with core strengthening and inverted asanas, to end your week with a smile on your face. You’ll sweat and then will feel restored to your best self by the end of Savasana. Variations will be provided for both beginners and those having an advanced day. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water.
