I have been practicing various styles of yoga since 2000, and chiefly Forrest Yoga since 2008. I completed my 200-hour certification with Ana Forrest in 2014 and my Level 2 certification in 2016. I have a deep passion for connecting students to their authentic selves. My focus is on building strength and tenacity through deep breathing, centering, and grounding in each asana.

I offer both regular weekly classes and private sessions.
